If you are having issues getting Sharepoint 2013 to work using application offloading on a Sonicwall SRA or it would work intermittently, I found that disabling Minimal Download Strategy allowed the site to work without any further issues.
Login in to your sharepoint site click on the gear in the upper right then click on Site Settings. From there find Manage Site Features under Site Actions and you will see an option to deactivate Minimal Download Strategy. It will prompt with a warning asking if you really want to deactivate it, click deactivate. Once this is done the sharepoint site through the SRA will now function. If you need to reactivate Minimal Download Strategy you can go back in and activate it at any time.
